DJD 001 The Gun Part 1
"Guns n' Corpses" era un progetto nato nel 2003 da un'idea mia e di Riccardo (Chiaretti). Con la Karnak si voleva produrre una CD-compilation sul tema della guerra. Il prodotto non ha mai visto la luce, ma in podcast vi propongo i miei contributi personali, che avevo realizzato tutti in quello stesso anno. Il primo mix include le seguenti tracce:
1. Acrobat - "The Gun" - il mix originale
2. Chaos/ Order - "Treffen Killa" - eseguita dal vivo parecchie volte tra il 2003 e il 2004
3. Acrobat - "The Heavy Man" - una ballad "sintetica" realizzata per l'occasione.
These are tracks composed for the "Guns n' Corpses" project of Karnak Records, which unfortunately never saw the light of day. A CD compilation featuring many bands of trance, industrial and noise concentrating on the matter of war. Here are my contributions to the cause, all material written in 2003 but still unreleased. First mix includes:
1. Acrobat - "The Gun" - the original track
2. Chaos/ Order - "Treffen Killa" - played many times at gigs
3. Acrobat - "The Heavy Man" - an on theme "synthetic" ballad.

Recorded with the "Space" set of instruments and soon to be performed live, this number is partly derived from Greg Andresen's "Shapeshifter" track, published a couple of years ago under the nickname "Tinnitus". My work could hardly be considered a cover, but my best thanks and appreciation goes to this man, still active under the flag "12 Moons". Hope you like my shape-shift.
