When social distancing and quarantine started - that was the end for physical events, gatherings, etc. Everything was digitized and online. We had online events, workshops, conferences, summits, video interviews, and whatnot. And podcasts have become quite practiced. And they were of great help to me during that period.

Although scared and skeptical at the beginning, now I am more optimistic and ready to get out of quarantine finally.


But I have to admit that it was also nice. I rested, read some good books, and watched some great series. I started the quarantine with series and movies on Netflix, but later I realized that I could fit a few books between all those series and movies.


And guess what? I'm a fan of audiobooks.

The latest news is that, after almost three years, I tested positive for Covid.


My first thought was, what am I going to do for a week, locked up at home? But I am happy that everything went well.


Staying home for a whole week had its benefits.


I watched shows and movies on Netflix, I was looked after as a small child.


Other more exciting news that I have for you is that, we were looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, and I was in the role of a recruiter. I can say that I was more excited than the candidates.

An interesting thing happened to me after I returned from the US. For the first few days, I was hyperactive. I've been sticking to my routines, waking up early in the morning, walking, filming episodes, and a million other things. But suddenly, I ran out of energy.


I couldn't wake up in the morning, I didn't exercise, and I didn't have the strength to continue working on projects or brainstorm new ones.


All I wanted to do was lay down or sit down, and rest.


But that's not the lifestyle I want. It's okay if it happens sometimes, but you must react quickly in order to get back on your feet.

I'm coming to the USA, and it will be my first time.


I can't express my excitement.


Three years ago, I applied for the Chicago Fellowship Program, where experts will have the opportunity to go to America, learn something new, work for a short time, and gain new experiences.


If Covid-19 wasn't a problem, we would be placed in actual American households, where an American family will take care of us, and we will have a unique experience of a local American lifestyle.


But, people are still scared of the virus, and who could blame them?

I am currently working on a business plan competition, a project that is part of the Balkan Green Ideas. This is my second year being part of it.


We're revaluating social enterprises, and our primary job is to evaluate all of the business plans and "catch" the potential of each of them.


But, we also have a few criteria:


1. Financial business justification;


2. Impact on the local community;


3. Environment;


4. Making an impact and


5. Being innovative.


This year we have 20 applicants. I'm really excited.

I feel like a teenager who cannot adapt to his surroundings after returning from a summer vacation.


You had such a good time on vacation that now, even though you are at home, your heart and mind are still stuck in the desert.

A good record can give you insight about where to focus your outreach. It can also help you understand which messages resonate with your target audience, and which do not.


Remember, without a good campaign report, optimisation is impossible. You simply can't improve the campaign if you don't know how it performs.

Hmm, could this email subject perform better than the other one?


And to be completely honest, you don't need to track absolutely everything. It's exhausting and overwhelming.


Would you rather have data on 100 aspects, but lose a lot of time in interpretation? Or would you rather know about five to ten key aspects?


When talking about outreach, our primary channels are LinkedIn and email.


Remember, these two channels have a few differences, but their goal is the same - scheduling a meeting.

campaign. The primary purpose of the automated campaign is to push the ideal

But once someone responds, they are removed from the automated sequence and moved towards manual nurture.


Responding to your manual nurture does not give you the right to sell or pitch. And once the conversation starts, you have to drop your assumptions.

I returned from my vacation in Egypt, guys!


But, to be completely honest - I would gladly expand it. However, it's good to be back, and nothing keeps me going like a fresh start.

You already know that we're building the academy based on my first book "Sweet Leads". The starting idea was to create several layers.


The framework layer consists of three cameras, video editing, audio polishing, transcription, subtitles, description, etc.


These videos are short, around five to 10 minutes.


I'm happy to say that we finalised the first layer, ending with four hours' worth of material.

We published the book in September 2021, and since then we have sold 59 copies of "Sweet Leads", outside of Amazon.
